Its amazing how much terrible advice can be packed into one article. Got this in an email. Apparently Colton, at four months, should be 21 pounds (double his birth weight) and starting to eat solid food -- fortified, starchy, sugar-laden, artificial rice cereal. Um, no thanks. He should also be sleeping through the night, you know, in the middle of his most crucial growth spurt and developmental leap. *eye roll* The saddest part is how many parents honestly wouldnt know better when they opened up this email.
