Its amazing how small changes can have great results. Ive cut some not so good foods out of my diet (such as donuts) and have added more fresh foods and nuts. Over the last couple of weeks I have lost weight and am feeling so much better all around. Slowly replacing the crap food with the good food. Using my rebound trampoline - have fun jumping around. First steps on getting myself to a better place physically, emotionally and mentally!
