Its amazing, really. I still remember the first day I ever held my flag, and despite that being a little over 5 months ago, I still remember. I remember thinking, Hey, this was a pretty good first day. I remember thinking, Some of these people are kind of weird, and wondering if I could be friends with them. But little did I know that those weirdos were gonna end up being some of my closest friends, and the people who can cheer me up, and the people I would be sharing millions of laughs with. The people I would spend most of my Friday nights with, and those pain in the butt Thursday games. Weve all had good days and weve had really bad days, there were even days where I wanted to quit, but the one thing that never changed and made it worth it was all of the support our Color Guard members had in each other. Weve endured insults by people saying we were terrible and that we werent even good but we kept going. Tomorrow will be our first competion and I just want to thank each and every one of my Guard members because weve all come so far and they all deserve proper thanks, each and every one of them, and also a HUGE thank you to our amazing Tech Matthew, for helping us all get to this point. Lets go out there tomorrow and show everyone what he have! And a huge shout out to Aurora, because It wont feel right doing this without her tomorrow but at the same time I hope we can make her proud! We love you and well be thinking about you tomorrow :) #PCGG
