Its amazing to me how some people never realize your worth,yet you have a handful that do.I have always put my job and others before myself have worked exhausted, sick and so frustrated with policies that rarely had anything to do with what was going on with the elderly and their care all said and done its never been a whole lot about the care its all about the bottom dollar..Employee meetings what a joke nitpicking, gripping and complaining about whos not doing this or that when in all reality the training some of these girls have had is 8 hours fend for yourself.Actually an employee meeting should be training and thanking all the people who work hard and show up for work to make your business a success.To those who have worked so hard in giving yourself to taking care of the elderly I want to say thank you !!! you are important and amazing and appreciated by those that cant tell you...Keep your head up do not bend on policies or hidden agendas to hide things you know are not right be true to yourself and an advocate for the elderly you are their voice...and thank you all for being a part of my life for 2 years I will remember you fondly...
