Its an open secret that most of goverment owned middle level colleges in Kenya likek KMTC are dens of corruption where the haves of this country take their relatives for free while charging the have nots around 50k each for admission. Its only in KMTC for example where the Director appoints few individuals to the selection panel who gives their fellow colleagues and who is who in the corridors of power first priority. Its because of such acts that the Kenya University & Colleges Control Placement Services was formed. The beneficiaries of corruption are now fighting back as Legislators warn KUCCPS C.E.O John Muraguri that he would be censured if he fails to stop placement of KMTC students. One corrupt MP and a beneficiary of the same was heard saying that they shall amend the law to kick out the new agency because it has no mandate to place students in that college.
