Unlike readily available powder-type products used to indicate scentflow, these smokesticks generate smoke that have the same density as air and do not produce any residue. Also, the smoke produced is non-toxic, and does not contain oils and zinc. ScentLogixs smokesticks will help the trainers and handlers evaluate direction of scent flow and observe/understand true air movements and flow patterns. Since they provide more realistic scentflow patterns than powder varieties, theyre invaluable for both training and operational use. Remember, knowledge of flow direction can be used to understand/resolve a K9’s response to odor within areas with those unpredictable currents brought about, for example, by the configuration of windows, doors and other objects within the area.
