Bundle Up! -4 for the high today with 5cms of snow expected overnight and more snow tomorrow with a high of -1 but hey thats better than what is happening in Buffalo where certain parts were blanketed with 20-30 inches! 3 feet of the big fluffy white stuff and more on the way today and next few days in Queen/Fire City! Snow up to peoples waist and cars and houses covered. Motorists were stranded all night. Reports say downtown Buffalo wasnt hit as bad as of as of yet but Im sure its coming! A state of emergency was declared in the Buffalo suburbs of Orchard Park and West Seneca, and a travel ban was issued in the town of Elma, just east of the city of Buffalo this morning. A 13-mile section of the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90) was closed from the east side of Buffalo southward. To avoid traffic backups, a 37-mile stretch of the Niagara Thruway (Interstate 190) southbound from Niagara Falls to the Interstate-90 interchange was also shutdown this morning. #DriveSafe
