Its been 3 Years Ive been working for a shit company, 3 yrs and I dont make over $11 an hour. I get a shitty discount of 10% and that doesnt even work on groceries! There Benefits are a joke. They treat you like sh**, dont give you enough resources or people to get your job done and when you finally have the amount of people you need in your department they send them elsewhere to do bogus projects (then they wine and complain cause your task isnt complete when they want it to be)! They give you rules that you must follow to then see a manager doing the exact opposite minutes later! Walmart is a Bullshit company that cares only about money, I have done my time there, I have put my 2 weeks in about a week ago and found a couple of jobs i can choose from, Both of which start out at 11.50 or better and thats to start at the bottom. Its funny cause when I first started at Walmart I asked if my starting wage would be minimum wage they then said no we dont pay that low :) and when I looked at my wage it was 2 CENTS over the minimum wage!
