This preview starts at 5pm and will be at the Silverado gym (Silverado Ranch & Maryland Pkwy). Not a member... no worries... the more the merrier! Just make sure to get there early to sign a waiver! I had the honor of certifying a group of great instructors for INSANITY this past Saturday. I hope to see most of them there today...
