Its been a bit quiet on the Market front for the last few months; Joumanas wrist has been playing up again so its painful doing the cutting, particularly the Tabouleh. The good news is that she is scheduled for an operation in August to fix it once and for all. However we have been working on our private parties and teaching. We were delighted to cater for Andrew Roberts big birthday for around 50 people with a BBQ and lots of others treats including Pavlova. Thanks to Serina and Natasha for their help: couldnt have done it without you! Yesterday we hosted a teaching day and had a great time with our largest group to date. More of a team effort this time, with Chris chipping in with a demonstration preparing Toom (Garlic sauce) and manning the BBQ for marinated chicken. See attached for the full menu!
