Its been a busy couple of days. I chaired Dr. Bices contract renegotiation sub committee meeting Monday afternoon. Keynoted along with Senator Phil Williams & House Member Rod Scott the annual meeting of the Alabama Afterschool Community Network. Made a presentation yesterday at the Andalusia Chamber of Commerce. Some members of the Covington GOP attended. Many thanks to the Chamber for hosting and Greg White for organizing. A highlight was running into local DA Walt Merrell, whom Ive not seen for 30 years I bet. We had fun recalling our summer swims in the creek behind his house. Headed to Mobile in a bit to speak to Kiwanis!
