Its been a busy month. The election, work, and the biggest was that My wife had a small stroke Nov.20th. Sometimes God really tests you. I known that he only gives you what you can handle. We are ready for what life has in store for us. She has stood beside me for 25 years and there is going to be at least 25 more. I am finally finding the time to thank everyone else who stood with me during my campaign. There is no way that I can ever thank my family. All I can say is that I am thankful for all of them everyday. I would like to thank everyone who still believed in me and that I still have the best interest of the students of the Ashtabula Area City Schools at heart. I do not make promises, all that I can say is that I will continue do work to make our schools better. The issues that I heard people talk about during my campaign will not fall on deaf ears. I did hear what people said and I will not let those issues fall to the weigh side. Again thanks to all who support me, I am humbled by all of the support of my friends and family. The words that I live by have never been so true as they are now: WHAT DOES NOT KILL YOU, MAKES YOU STRONGER. Words that I live by every day.
