Its been a busy week full of getting physical therapy appointments scheduled, chemo scheduled, and doctors appointments in general scheduled. I will have a port and that will be put in first thing Monday. After a trip to Riviera Maya over Labor Day weekend, chemo will start on September 9th. Ill go once a week for 12 weeks and be done with chemo by then end of November. I feel good about things. As much of a surprise as breast cancer and chemo have been, I really feel like Ive made peace with it. Im most worried about hair loss but hair grows back. Plus, the oncologist said I have a symmetrical face so Ill look great bald (obviously ;)), if thats what it comes to! #pink #hope
