Its been a few months now since I left formal employment into the world of self employment. I run 2 start ups One is called Dignited and the other Old Toms Lens They are great ideas with huge visions of becoming great companies someday. What people usually dont like to hear is that things can get tough. They only want to hear stories of how great things are good and how you are making money and getting rich. But thats not always the case. Half the time you just want to call it quits but you hang in there for the faith and belief you have in the idea you are pursuing. So I had time a few days ago to chat with two friends who run Addmaya a really cool Ugandan Design Firm.
