Its been a good day. Spent most of the day with Cindy for her birthday. We had lunch at Paris Grille. Our first time to try it and it was very good. Friendly staff, fast service, and delicious food. I had the Texican Salad and Cindy had a hamburger. Enjoyed it very much. We made the rounds this afternoon doing errands. Came home and visited while I made shrimp kabobs and red beans and rice for dinner. I seasoned the kabobs with Cajun seasoning and of course, red beans and rice is a Cajun food so I felt like I had kind of an ethnic Louisiana meal prepared. When The Dave sat down to eat, he smothered the red beans and rice with salsa. So, I guess he made that into a Mexijun dish! Mexijun. Its all the rage at the Turner house.
