Its been a long time coming but heres pics of my living room makeover. Its pretty much done except for new lighting (who knows when that will get done), I really want to paint the woodwork white and the fireplace a bright color but havent quite committed to that or convinced my husband:) And new curtains are in order but these things take time right?!;) I think my favorite piece is our map marked with all the places we have been, either together or separately. The frame was made from old trim we had left over from a past project and instead of using cork we used insulation board my dad had in his garage, (much cheaper). Also our coffee table is made from an old door and the armoire is a piece we scored forever ago, just needed some TLC and our tv fits just perfectly in it. Most of the gallery wall is pieces we been collecting for a while, magically it all ended up working together. Love it when that happens!!
