Its been a long time since Ive been to a blockbuster in a movie theater where I get emotionally invested in the characters. Anyone whos seen Guardians know what parts hit home hard for me, obviously. THIS is what movies are supposed to do. Not only are your supposed to get lost in the films own universe, youre supposed to feel a certain connection to its characters, wether good or bad. This is why I fell in love with movies as a child, not just to escape all the bad things happening around me, but to know that Im not alone in my feelings. To know that its ok to laugh, cry or get angry, otherwise whats the point, youre just wasting your time and money. Anyway, I felt like a kid again, and this is why I continue to go to the movies. And will be my last post on Guardians... Until I see it again :-)
