Its been a pretty awesome day here today. Bright, beautiful sunshine (Im gonna pay for all the dang UV rays later, trust!), GORGEOUS temperatures (somewhere around the low 70s by my guessing), a light and enjoyable breeze....yup yup yup! Great day to get out and enjoy! Had to take a raincheck on hanging with a friend of mine, due to a munchkin of hers getting really sick. Hopefully, NEXT Friday well get to hook up and chat! I DID end up getting my cell phone turned back on, after just a BIT of some turmoil. I hadnt made a payment on my plan in 6 months, so when I DID pay it, I was still on the Pay As You Go thingie.....so I had to call Customer Care (*shudders*) and wait on hold for about 35 minutes until I got a breathing human to answer. Once I did get a hold of her, she was so friendly and intelligent, I was just SURE I had called a wrong number!! Within 5 minutes I had the issue explained, the MEIN number relayed to her and the problem fixed....and a working cell phone again! WOOT! ....thats about the time I realized I left the house without any smokes....... So, I started walking in what seemed like the most LOGICAL direction to find some....which proves I AM intelligent. Literally the FIRST BUILDING I came to was nothing better than.....A SMOKE SHOPPE!!! Dang, if I aint awesome or WHAT!!!! So, I went in, grabbed my pack of Marlb Lights and even found a bin with really cheap (but pretty decent) sunglasses. SCORE! Im not longer blinded when I go out! After a few texts, a phone call and a nice smoke, I headed towards a coffee shoppe that I knew was on the way to the library....had a pretty good double espresso vanilla latte and an almond toffee praline thingie and got my chat with DaSpookyUn done and even got a LOVELY (and funny) chat with DaOhana too!!! Went in to the library, browsed for a bit and came out with what looks like might be an interesting book. After a bit of an issue with my left Teva sandal (fixed by some scotch tape), I started walking again....this time in search of some sustenance. I found a place called Burgerville USA and had a pretty damn-good tasting bacon cheeseburger and some fries! All in all......not really ADVENTUROUS, I admit....but a nice laid-back kind of a day!! Ill take it!!! Now...I need to go and super glue this sandal back into submission and maybe read a few pages of my new book!! LOL
