Its been a rough wk. as Abbys counts dropped last wkend she got a bacterial infection in one of her lines. The staff acted very quickly and she was fever free just over 24 hrs of spiking. She was getting platelets at the time so just as precaution she will b pre medicated when receiving platelets now. Her mucositis wasnt very bad but teething from 2 jaw teeth has made her very uncomfortable. Yesterday she finally started feeling better and has been up playing, walking ( with mommas help), and jabbering up a storm. Dr thinks we may get to come home next wkend sometime as well as she is doing. Thanks again for the continued thoughts and prayers!!!!!
