Its been a so-so day he tells me. They took out the catheter and hes getting in and out of bed by himself now, so I suspect it wasnt quite as bad as hes trying to make me believe. He did see his surgeon today and she explained some things I dont think he remembered us telling him, so that may be part of the blah I was getting from him this evening. Im walking a fine line trying not to be too cheerful but not really letting him feel too sorry for himself -- quite a feat actually. So please keep the prayers & positive energy flowing his direction. I suspect its going to be a long next few days for him.
