Its been a somber morning today after learning that Brother David had passed away. God certainly granted us all a gift in being a part of his life and seeing firsthand how God can take one man and impact so SO many for His glory. 17 years have passed since Bro David was brought to Long Hollow, and as I try to think about the journey that little church has taken to become what it is today, Im overwhelmed with comfort that Gods plan is so frequently hidden from our eyes until just the right time. I would like to encourage anyone and everyone to watch this video of Brother Davids sermon following his diagnosis. Its quite possibly the most real and honest message Ive ever heard.
