Its been a thick month for a lot of us, losing friends, being on the verge of another combat conflict in the middle-east, and the anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 Terrorist attacks. With all this heavy news on our minds it is easy to forget that sometimes the world is still and extraordinary place full of good, determined people. One of those people is a local man from here in South-East ohio, Ronnie Weekley was a hard working trucker who had a passion for the road and his rig, when not hauling a little bit of everything from here to there, Ron spent his time hunting and was an avid and enjoyed outdoorsman. This was until Ronnie was involved in a near fatal car collision with a distracted driver that cost him his career and almost his life. After rehabilitating from several head injuries sustained when his pick up truck flipped 3 times, Ronnie found himself incapable of driving truck any longer, and worse he could no longer find the strength to enjoy the vast outdoors he had once thrived in. In a freak chance meeting between Reaper Productions,Justin Allen ,Ronnies wife, and myself in answer to a small fishing boat Justin had posted for sale, we learned of Ronnies amazing story of determination and hope. Whos gonna make a guy like that pay for a boat. . . Enjoy and if it put a smile on your face send it to someone else. We may live in dark times but we are still an extremely bright people.
