Its been a while. Today the Globe and Mail published my sarcastic letter on Stephen Harpers (failed) nomination for a 2014 Nobel Prize for Peace. Re:B’nai Brith CEO, Frank Dimant, to nominate Harper for Nobel Peace Prize Dear Letters Editor: Oh why stop there!! Lets nominate Stephen Harper for a Polaris Prize (for his music covers), an Emmy for his acting on his online TV show 24-7, a GG non-fiction award for his hockey book, and a Pulitizer for his op ed column(s). All are less offensive suggestions than the Nobel Peace Prize. Make Steve a trophy Frank. A silver glazed donut on a plinth. Will cost you (and us) less than $30 including HST. Clive Robertson
