Its been about 36 Hours since Ive had a full cigarette, and about 24 hours since Ive had a drag from one, its going well so far. Recently someone that I know and love IMMEASURABLY was Hospitalized with complications from COPD, Seeing this unfold has really hit me hard, and I have wanted and NEEDED to quit smoking for awhile.... Ive debated the Vapor route and decided it makes no sense to swap one batch of chemicals and habits for another. So Im going Cold Turkey.....I know that a couple of my friends have quit within the last couple of months as well, and I would appreciate any insights that you can offer me to help insure my success. Interestingly (tragically) enough, yesterday I was walking into the Piggly-Wiggly here in Columbia, and there was a car parked in the handicapped spot in front, as I walked by I noticed that the man in the drivers seat, with a CIGARETTE IN HIS HAND, was also wearing an oxygen cannula.....I dont EVER want to be that guy.
