Its been about a year now since I have set up on my journey to learn more about Ho And riding. I started out volunteering with @Gentle Giants Draft Horse Rescue . Perfect way to meet people with similar interest and learn so so much from some very awesome people vqccine nd incredible horses. I also Learned alot about the industry. I fell in love with the people and the farm. I just had to have a horse of my own. Avery was /is my first love..several people talked me out of waiting for Avery for various reasons. I went through all the stubby nosed barns I the area the frowned on beginners a nd found Queenie and a barn at the last minute. She is wonderful and perfect and I dont knowow what I would do wi th out her..many folks.. really GOOD folks spent alot of time talking g to me about horses and trying to educate me so I would m pick a horse to have fun in .. and you ALL know who you are. And I am so grateful to you all. I then found myself at Paul Carters Barn. Based on recommendations and a personal tour from Cindy Barnette Sikes and some wisdom from Ann Curtis Sylvester Billings and Christina Wheeler Rizzutto, Queenie and I live at Paul Carters..and it is the lost wonderful place on earth. After my fall, Ann stayed with me until she knew I was safe. The folks at the barn, made sure Queenie was ok. Hey even offered to look after her and Bishop in my absence. Everyone there has offered help and has checked on me. They are helping me all the time from tack to posture. People from work have offered help and have shown concern. I am truly blessed. I want to thank everyone for all they have done to help me and my family. I am an extremely lucky lady....xoxo
