Its been almost 24 hours now. The outpouring of help from my neighbors has been amazing. Someone says they took a small black cat matching his discription to the SPCA. Going to try calling tomorrow, even though they are closed, just to leave a message for their intake. Hes not fixed. I must stress that. He cannot be neutered, his vet told me that his chances of surviving the surgery are very low due to his medical issues. We miss our little boy.
