Its been almost 4 years that I stopped traveling with many of my musical friends. I had parked my booty bcuz I tended to mom, dad, my night job at restaurant, my pregnancy, the death of my parents n baby Vince, the break up of a long term relationship n what I most deeply was in denial of .. my depression! They say time heals all wounds, I dont agree. The wounds remain, in time the mind protecting its sanity covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens but its never gone. Ive learned to cope with my Heartaches and im so ready to move on and start this new chapter in my life! This week I begin my journey, back on the road. As most of you know, I was asked to be a part of the managment team for BaddBoyz del Valle. I was nervous at first but now that this week is here, Im super excited! Proud to represent one of the finest, well-established, Tejano Award winners in our Conjunto/Tejano music industry. I wont be home for the holidays but I look forward to enjoying some beautiful sight seeings in Ohio, Michigan and my birth place, Chicago! Its definitely going to be great therapy for my mind, heart n soul!
