Its been almost a month since my last Evaluation at work, my supervisor first waited until my evaluation for raise my to tell me what I needed to improve on, and then when I asked what tips they had for me to improve... They said they would pull some of my calls and let me know.... A month later almost time for another evaluation and still nothing! Ive on my own observed co workers who got great evaluations and im not doing anything different than them... Im too much of a perfectionist for this! What do I do?
