Its been awhile working here, Ive met a lot of people and friends and bosses whod acted not just a mentor for me, a friend but a family..To build such harmonious relationships is not easy from mere innocent one to JUST YOU, and BEYOND YOU is a transition------An art of acceptance from others for what you did such. All worth it, Ive acted accordingly, theyve accepted me heartily. When Marvelosh dispersed some of us destructed and demotivated, some pushed through and worked on. To be with a good company---with trusted friends and kind-hearted bosses are A big factors for me to work for the Revenue and Productivity with efficiency, Atleast am trying. But earlier today, i was shocked, when i heard A TEAM, it was well explained to me why ill be transferring to other cluster, obviously to other team again, I absorbed the positive ideas and the substance of it in the future....But still i dont understand, now that am exerting effort, studying harder, practicing every single thought from my Coaching session, and Modesty aside, am harvesting promoters and passing my scorecard.......... Now, I am bound to be alone, DECEMBER 1st Please stay away....I do respect the company PROTOCOL i just need CONSIDERATION..... #SIGH OF FRUSTRATION AND DISCONTENTMENT..............
