Its been long overdue! New PRs on BOTH my Snatch and Clean&Jerk! Considering I cant drop the bar at the studio, Im not using bumper plates nor an oly lifting bar, and my technique still being quite poor in terms of the hip thrust of the bar.. This means there is so much more potential for an actual PR or 1Rep max on these exercises for me! Hope you enjoy it anyway! The video highlight includes: 65Kg Snatch 70Kg Failed Snatch attempt 2x 80Kg Clean&Jerk 90Kg Failed Clean&Jerk attempt 90Kg Successful Clean&Jerk
