Its been many years since Ive run into this many spider webs -- I hope it means insect numbers are up, because I think its sort of a split decision for me. So many funnel spiders, lots of orb weavers draping webs between our house and the neighbors 20 away, or between indian grass and a serviceberry 8 away. Are you seeing increased spider numbers where you are? Do you also keep pulling stuff out of your hair hours later?
