Its been one year since I received the text that you had passed away. When I first looked at it, I though it said, Jon had passed out. It was a shock to realize what those words really meant! I looked at it again and went and told Carrie, I think Jon has passed away. She asked what do you mean? Text says he passed away! How wish you had only passed out, like you used to. I WISH WE COULD WAKE YOU UP!! At one point I said, where am I going to find another friend like Jon? Almost as soon as I asked, I realized there is no friend like you Jon! You were my best friend!! One of a kind!Y you knew I always had your back. It was nice to hear some of the customers you referred me to say, Jon says your his best friend. Its been a tough and difficult year for myself as well as for those that had the opportunity and blessing to have met you. Like most people on here, there isnt a day that goes by that I dont think about you! I am thankful for the memories you gave me. I miss your upbeat perspective to life. No matter what came your way, you would deal with it and try to find a resolution that would work and hopefully make people happy as well. Your best quality is that you cared about people and whether you hurt their feelings. I know it always impressed people how much you would go out of your way to help them or someone. Even my mother commented on what a nice guy you were! Yes, you had your rough side and lord help anyone that you were angry with. The amount of energy you would put into getting back at someone was hilarious. LOL. I miss hearing your schemes and your anecdotes and so listen to this stories about your work and your life were entertaining. People might even think some of it could be fiction if they didnt know you. You had a crazy life at times and you certainly left an impression on everyone you met! It was nice that you always tried to find the time to come by and say hi and give Stewie hug. Even now, when he hears a loud car or motorcycle he runs to the window to see if you its pulling up. You know you always had a home here. Wish we could spend more time hanging out by the pool. I wish there was some place we could go to pay our respects!
