Its been rainin all mornin in my little town down south Georgia way. Doesnt the rain just make you peaceful on the inside? I used to go to sleep with this track of thunderstorms playin on a loop. I think theres something to the surrender of forces beyond our control, to the deeply wild parts of nature. Something sacred and right and good. I suppose lettin go of the notion of control is difficult for many of us. Findin that cosmic balance between steadfastly walkin our path and the sweet surrender to it is a life altering affair. Who among us can be so bold as to throw their hands up at the very summit of the rollercoaster and scream with a fearful delight on the way down? A beautiful balance is always in play in our lives. Our higher selves wait patiently in the wings in an ego driven life, posed to take the lead once we surrender to its wisdom and glory. Our minds and bodies thrist for release as we tip toe through life choices. Mind. Body. Spirit. The holy trinity of you.
