Its been two days since I had leg day, and for anyone that has properly strength trained your legs youre currently feeling my pain. Day two is always the worst! Going around the club I probably look like a baby deer trying to learn how to walk. There has to be something to help with this trauma Ive inflicted on myself right? Yes there is. Instead of taking pain relievers Im for the more natural route; which is rest, water, and the right foods to help your muscles repair faster. Click on the link to see what those foods are.
