Its been two months. Please read my letter to our followers and supporters all over the world. 1st September 2014 Shlama/Shlomo, It has been two months since we sent the first email to politicians, media and NGOs all over the world. Yesterday, at a seminar in Las Vegas, we were very pleased with the outcome of our actions. More than 200,000 people have rallied until now. Not all of the rallies were organized by ADFA but they were a part of our echo. We are now present in 16 countries on 4 continents. Our teams on the front line, those in Iraq and Syria, have been doing a great job keeping us posted on each development. Furthermore, we have taken the lead in the media, enabling the voice of those on ground to the ears of the major media outlets in the world. Each country’s approach, no matter on what continent, has been tailored to their talents and their infrastructure. We’ve been in the White House, we’ve been at the United Nations, we’ve pressured the European Union to go to Iraq and meet our people. Parliamentarians all over the world demonstrated in support of our people. Our goal was to create awareness. That has been achieved. However, we are far away from our main goal. That is to get every single person safe; woman, man or child. Our work has just started. And we are for example having a press conference in the upcoming days in Washington DC and we are planning to rally in front of the UN offices all over the world. Soon our webpage will be launched and we are looking at network programs that will connect all our activities in all 16 countries. One thing that we are very pleased with is that our Patriarchs for the first time in history are one, we are speaking as ONE nation. In ADFA we also have members from organizations, political parties and NGO:s of our people. Together, no matter where you were born, where you live today or what church you were baptized in you are part of this culture, history and nation. And it’s our responsibility to get our people safe. We will keep going until the better end. Keep on tweeting, sharing, reporting, calling and DEMAND FOR ACTION! Saying this, I want to end this letter with saying: Tawdi sagi l’kuleykho/Hawitoun raba besime! Nuri Kino Founder of A Demand For Action #DemandForAction
