Its been two months since God took my best friend home. Its been really difficult to stay strong, but were trying. It really isnt the same with out you, but it doesnt take a detective to know that. I try and stay strong for you, but it gets hard. We were close and its not easy letting go. I promised you Id get Straight As and perfect attendance. I know I have perfect attendance, but I have a 87 right now. I check my grades like everyday because I dont want to disappoint you. You always had faith in me, and I made you my motivation. I know you wouldnt be disappointed in me if you got a B, but it still doesnt feel right. I made a promise that trying so hard keep it for you. I feed the dogs everyday like you did. You can tell they miss you to. Especially Coal, he misses you a lot. Grandma does, too. Even though she doesnt really show it, I know she misses you and I know it hurts her.
