Its called manufacturing madness - you work everyday to exhaust yourself - by overscheduling yourself, your life, your kids life, and everything in-between always with smart phone in hand so you can be on high alert -> All youve done here, by living in constant exhaustion is that you have now created 3 inferior products - YOU, Your Day, and the interactions you have in that day. The bragging rights you have for being exhausted, are crushed by the inferior product of YOU, that your exhaustion creates.
