Based on just these confirmed facts there is no way possible the officer could be indicted by the grand jury. Hes either going to get railroaded and the entire prosecutions case will be trying to paint the cop as a racist (and the cop will be found not guilty based on the evidence) OR the Grand Jury is going to acquit him and #Ferguson, along with a lot of other major cities, are going to erupt in race riots because people would rather assume a cop is racist than accept that some piece of shit thug got killed after robbing a store and attacking a cop.
