Its cost over one and a half million pounds to refurbish - and is being funded by the proceeds of a housing development. But the community group whove saved the Oaklands swimming pool in the Lordshill area of Southampton say the grand reopening is being hampered by months of delays in getting vital phone and internet connections installed.
