Its crazy all the things that spin around your head when getting ready for a funeral. I always get flashes from the opening credits to The Big Chill (80s movie reference) everything spins backwards. Its like all you do is think. There isnt anything between that and emotion. Your movements are slow motion and completely controlled by auto pilot. There isnt a damn thing you can do but think. Maybe thats why people take to the bottle at times like these. They dont wanna think about whats happening. These things make you spin and when they are done spinning you around youre so dizzy. The bottle or other forms of escape put your mind to sleep. But this isnt the time for sleeping. This is the time for thinking. This is the time for your whole world to spin out of control. This is the time for you to be sick from being dizzy. Energy that was once in one form in your life has now transformed into something different. Readjustment is needed for this new formation. Energy shifts are not easy and there should be turbulence. Dont sleep through it or you will miss this transformation, you will miss these emotions and thoughts that make way for new growth.
