Its crazy to think that on this exact day one year ago I came back from Denmark to witness a scene reminiscent of Frozen. Time often flies faster than we can keep up with, but in every instance where time slows just enough for us to take notice; try and let yourself be taken in. Let the whirlwind that is this moment, the present, here and now, take you and live that moment without reservation. Forget the worries, the troubles, the anxiety, the phone and the fear of missing out and enjoy the company you are receiving and the moments you are experiencing. When you do that you become aware, you become you, you become time and you become what you were always supposed to be: Alive. Youre living that moment for yourself as yourself. Personally, I cant imagine anything more divine. Can you? I just want to take this moment to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to those who dont celebrate. Regardless, I hope that the next few days, weeks and years are worth putting away all the troubles and phones and I look forward to seeing you all in the new year. Blessings and Positivity, Julian
