I feel like this quote sums up the Russians Olympic run pretty well. Not even because of Ovechkin (Whom I personally dont like as a player...heard he is a nice guy though). But this coach seemed to just throw goal scorers on the ice together and expected the lines to work out. Malkin and Ovechkin have very different styles. I wouldnt have expected either of them to do well on the same line. Just seems like the Russians had no real strategy in the games...but then again I wasnt in the locker room with them. So who knows what really happened.
