Its doing what it was designed to do; provide people who didnt have/couldnt afford medical coverage before with medical coverage. Interesting that the states that decided NOT to work with the law/program are now facing angry, uninsured people with no medical coverage while similar people in adjoining states who did work with the law now have medical coverage. November (and the next years budget cycles in those states that didnt work with the program) is going to be VERY interesting. :D
