Its easy to complain about whats wrong with the world and even easier to rant about whats wrong with other people. But theres a little secret: Complaining solves nothing. Perhaps youll get to let off some steam and maybe even score a sympathetic hug, but in the end, youll still have to deal with the same situation. Instead of focusing your energy on the negative, pour into appreciating the good. If you put just as much effort into finding solutions and valuing who (and what) is in your life, you just may find that youve got plenty to be thankful for. #CBTLjournal #dayoff
