Its exciting and heartwarming to see animal shelters all over the country put the past behind them and strike new paths towards lifesaving. Today, I celebrate the remarkable work of the Kanawha Charleston Humane Association in Charleston, West Virginia. You can see evidence of their transformation in the numbers attached the photo below.
