Its far too topical and far too close to call but do all the passports of everyone in Scotland become invalidated post devo? Borders? Schengen Agreement - how is that going to work? Is this going to be a postcode thing? What happens to the isles wholly owned by British and other expat-overseas individuals? Are they included as part of Scotland? Presumably, as Mr Tucker noted, I guess those funny Scottish banknotes issued by the newly transferred *English* banks with headquarters in London (Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Clydesdale Bank - surely so me rebranding is going to be necessary?) will become invalid tender for pretty much everyone overnight? Whatever happens there ought to be a complete stink about the lack of consultation with the (English & Welsh) Parliament regarding Max Devo. Unparliamentary, unprecedented and wholly unjust.
