Its fun friday and as you know from previous statuses something wierd and funny usually happens in Harjaps world of immigration on a Friday...so after my operation last week ive decided to start to slowly getting back into things and have started to offer advice via skype and facetime and over the phone via appointment from the comfort of my bed and i just had to share this one today...banda comes in with the most funniest refusal i have seen up to date as follows you applied as the spouse of a female eea national however when we conducted a home visit we found you in bed with another MAN and when we questioned you as to the whereabouts of your wife you did not know. You did not know her address or telephone number. There was none of her clothing or items in your house. The only message you had from her was one from her requesting money. Your marriage is a sham marriage. Your application is refused...first thing he asks Paaji visa lagg jaaooo?!!!...So i say viaah tera 2 number da si?...he spends 10 minutes bullshitting trying to convince me its genuine and then i ask him why he was in bed with a banda and not his wife paaji banda bimaar si to which i replied aah tere ilaaj da tareeka taan meh pehli vaari dekhiya. Tere naal bed ch sau ke theek ho gaya oh?...then at the end after i told him his chances are slim he goes acha paaji je meh india jaa ke viaah karna hove te menu divorce lena pena but u just said your marriage was genuine?!!!...why oh why?????!!! They never listen! Tell them every week not to do this sort of stuff...janta ni manndi...
