Its funny. People tell me all the time that what I do isnt for them. I respect that, I respect that people are different and that we are all following our own path. For the entrepreneurs of the world: As I sit here in Niceville, FL with my hubby & great friends, enjoying Destin beach, enjoying the warm weather & beach breezes and feeling incredibly blessed, I think about the journey that got us here. It was taking a GIANT leap of faith to go meet a friends friend from Florida for coffee at Starbucks in April (the day we returned from the beach)... You know to discuss something we said NO & turned our noses up at for a year (but I always leave room to learn more) The so called...one of those meetings to take a look at one of those (rumored) pyramid things. It was making a decision after seeing a possibility of creating extra income while helping others & making an impact creating a movement to better the life, health & success of others. It was seeing a vision but to make a difference it was a ton of going WAY out of my comfort zone, time and time again. It was learning that hearing the word no wasnt going to kill me. It was & still learning to personally grow myself into who I aspire to be. Learning my strengths & weaknesses, continuously developing into a better leader, closer friend, putting others before ourselves, supporting others & motivating others to perform at their potential. It is getting ONE tiny victory at a time, learning and growing and correcting until the victories get a little bit bigger. It has been a journey of getting comfortable enough and confident to ask others to join me, to take the leap with me, promising that I would & will be there through the good and bad. It was helping them have victories, which are ALWAYS sweeter than our own. It was starting from the bottom & asking for nothing but guidance. It was knowing that failing is part of the process, quitting was never an option and that making excuses would get me nowhere. We have a future where my family is blessed beyond belief because we get up every day looking to fight obesity, help others and have FUN doing it. Its not about mine is better than yours. There are so many amazing opportunities. Its about finding one that completely sings to your HEART & surrounded by people who have fun, a mission & desire to support & develop you into the person you can be. So, now I get to spend the rest of my life getting paid to help people get healthy and wealthy.
