I reached agreement with a businessman on a royalty contract over lunch. It was easy to come to agreement on price/rate. Then, when the terms come in you realize that either their attorney is used to dealing with idiots or their attorney is an idiot. Price is settled in an hour. Terms wrangle on for days.
