Its funny, but there is a lot of talk about Leaders and Leadership bandied around at the moment (probably always was). It seems to me that you lead by example. It seems to me that leaders lead their teams and build them, not ignore them when they ask for help and leadership. Building requires positivity not negative niggling. Leading requires positivity not negativity. Doing anything requires positivity not negativity. Dont believe me? Try to touch the closest wall. I am willing to put money on the fact that you failed in the task and I am not a betting man. If you dont get what I am talking about; ask me. I see a lot of followers. A lot of sheep and people saying they are leaders when they know little or nothing of what they are supposed to be leading. I have been approached by various people with schemes for this and schemes for that and schemes for the other. I was looking for nigh on twenty years. Ive already found my scheme. Thats why I signed up to it. I am not trying it; I am doing it! I cannot and will not promote something I know nothing about. I cannot and will not promote something that cannot be proven. To do either is unethical. And I will not blindly follow any leader who has not shown their worth by actually leading when asked to. When I needed and asked for help by some leaders I was repeatedly ignored. What is there to say that this is going to be any different? I have made a commitment to a lot of people. I will stand by that commitment. I believe in our product, I believe in our system and I believe that I want to help people achieve their goals. If I make some money along the way, that is great! But money is not my driving force. Money without ethics is worthless. I have a long way to go to prove my worth and a long way to go to discover whether I am a leader, but I am doing my best to prove myself and I will not abandon my team. I am committed to my original plan. I am 100% behind what I started and although we have people jumping ship all around us, I firmly believe that we can build on without them. We have faced some problems due to some people trying to beat the system, I say beat rather than cheat because I still look for the good in people and I honestly do not believe there was any deliberate malice intended (certainly not at the beginning at least). I hope that I am right in this, but will probably never know for certain. Anyway problems are there to be solved, which is exactly what we have been tirelessly working on. Not to find more problems but to find solutions. We will come through this stronger for the inconvenience. I am no longer sure who the Admiral of the Fleet is, but I am firmly prepared to Captain my ship and I will not leave while I still have a crew, and if I need to replace the crew, I will. I will also do whatever it takes to guide the fleet if necessary. No more distractions. I dont have the time. That is all.
